I am teaching adult education for Northern Berkshire Adult Education.  We have moved from MCLA to North Adams School District.  I no longer have access to my MCLA account.  How do I reset my email and password?  My username is TimCase. in Canvas .  My new email is tcase@napsk12.org .  Thanks

Hi, @TimCase , are you trying to access an old Canvas account? Do you have new access to Canvas through North Berkshire Adult Education? Since MCLA manages authentication credentials for its users, you might need to contact them directly to request a password reset so you can access that account. I found information for faculty on their website: Information for Faculty and Staff
