Hello @jefri_lavin . We use SCORM packages for faculty to take required trainings. If I am following you correctly, you have added the assignment to a module so users see the "Next" button and can skip through without going through the assignment.
There may be a slicker way but the SCORM package will not pass back a 100% back to Canvas without the user going through the material. For us, rather than trying to make the system do it, we just go to the gradebook and look to see if they have gotten their score (most of ours are a 0 if you did not complete and a 100 when you do, so you either have one or the other). If a user has anything other than a 100% for that assignment, then in our minds they did not complete it and then get a nastygram from HR.
Since our SCORM packages are really outside tools integrated into Canvas we did not set up the module rules as it does take a little bit for the score to sync back and we were not positive Canvas read outside assignments the way it does ones that Canvas does the scoring for.
Not sure if that helps???
