If I enter something into one course, it copies it to another course and I do not want it to do that. How can I fix it without having to delete and start over? Example--when I put my REMIND CODE under MEET THE TEACHER, it copies to my other two courses.
Also SPANISH II appears at the top of each page when I click oN MEET THE TEACHER and GETTING STARTED even in my other level courses. I think it may be because I copied links from level II so I would not have to cut and paste, so not sure if I need to delete and start over or what.
Ok, that last sentence might be the clue. First, I don't know of any way that adding content in one course would also add it in the others. But, if you copied things like content on a page with links by just selecting the text, copying and then pasting, you likely have links going to other courses. These links will kind of work for you but when your students click them they will not work at all unless the are enrolled in both courses.
There are better ways to copy content between courses so that relative links work. One is using the course import tool https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-copy-content-from-another-Canvas-course...
Another option is using Direct Share (link is for Assignments but it works the same for Pages, Quizzes, etc; just not entire modules) https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-copy-an-assignment-to-another-course/ta...
I suggest in your courses running the Link Validater to look for any links like this going to other courses. It should help you find and them and then correct them https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-validate-links-in-a-course/ta-p/1001
