Hi @jeffrey_merana and welcome to the Community! What role do you serve at your institution? I am a Canvas admin at mine but don't work in IT. All of our integrations are set up by someone in our IT group.
To get the integration set up you are likely going to need to work with someone at your institution. If you are part of the group that sets up integrations and need assistance, your best option may be to contact Canvas Support directly or your Customer Success Manager. These individuals would be able to provide better guidance for setting up the integration and single sign on.
I will go ahead and share this with the Canvas Adminsā and Canvas Developersā in case someone in one of these groups has experience with ScienceDirect, but since no one in the Community can access your Canvas instance directly, Support or a Support Manager may be the direction you need to head.
