[ARCHIVED] Scrolling Captions

I may be going crazy, but have others noticed that the caption editing on an embedded Arc video has changed? For most of the time we've been using Arc (about a year now), you could embed an Arc video into a page/assignment/quiz/discussion and edit the captions there. This would give you a small scrolling box for the captions while the rest of the video frame (including the play/pause buttons) would be within easy reach.

Now, this has changed and if you edit the captions on an embedded video, it just scrolls the whole frame down so if you want to access playback controls, you have to scroll all the way to the top.

I know you can click out of the caption box to pause it, but there are still times when having to scroll all the way to the top of the iframe to pause/start a video is cumbersome. Can anyone else confirm that this used to be how it worked and that I'm not going crazy? I was chatting with support and they seemed unsure that the scrolling captions box was ever a thing.
