The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

I need to design a space where Heads of Department can upload compliance documents like Registrations, Evaluations and work samples.
I'm really not sure where to start. Presently we are using Moodle and staff can upload their documents in to the relevant folder.
We do have Office 365 so maybe we could integrate OneDrive, but again I ma not sure.
Any ideas, advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
