[ARCHIVED] Shared Canvas Studio Videos do not show up on my end

Hi all,
I'm running into a mysterious issue where certain videos that are shared with me will show up, while others don't (even after several attempts on the sharers end of resending it).
I've run into this issue with two of my TA's and one of my students. They have shared and reshared their videos but they never show up in my email or on the Shared With Me library on Canvas Studio.
Other TA's and students have shared their materials just fine.
Any advice?
