[ARCHIVED] Some courses not showing that my child is enrolled.

I have twins that are in the same class.  On my daughter's canvas login, I can see all of her courses.  On my son's, it only shows 1 or 2 and not the others.  How do I fix this?

Are you able to see your son's courses through the web browser when you click on Courses and then All Courses? If his courses aren't listed there, you should contact the school district to ask them to look into the missing enrollments.

I'm having a similar issue.  I can see my 8th grader's courses, but not my 9th grader.  I have selected "all courses" but they are still not listening.  I am accessing Canvas on my PC through Chrome web browser.  I was able to verify that my 9th grader can see her courses when she logs into her canvas account.  I also verified that she is listed as one of the students I am "observing" in my login to Canvas, but her courses are not listed. Please let me know what to try next.
