[ARCHIVED] Speedgrader Time Spent

When I create an assignment in Canvas using New Quizzes, I have always been able to see "Time Spent" on the assignmment after students submit and I view in Speedgrader. Recently, all submitted work for all students shows everyone as "Time Spent" being 0:00. The only way I can see their actual time spent is to go under Moderate and click on the "View Log" for each student.

Does anyone have this issue and know how to fix?

Hello @dpardon!

You should be able to see the "Time for this attempt" when viewing the results of New Quizzes within SpeedGrader. I even tested it out just now to make sure of it. If you are still experiencing this issue. I would recommend reaching out to Canvas Support so they can take a look at your specific course for further assistance. How do I contact Canvas Support?
