[ARCHIVED] Student Submission not loading or visible in preview

I have been trying to use speedgrader to grade a pdf.  It shows the student submission on the right side under submitted files(I am using Test Student)  However, I have been waiting for the submission to show up in the left side window. It keeps giving me the blue spinning circle.  I have waited over 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and not loading.  I am using chrome.

Hello @cheryl_william2 ...

I tested submitting a PDF file to an assignment using the Test Student role in my own sandbox course, and it worked as expected.  I was also able to see the submitted PDF in the SpeedGrader.  It may take a few moments to fully load after you submit as the Test Student.  Have you been able to see the file show up in SpeedGrader yet?  Hope to hear from you soon.  Take care, stay safe, and be well.
