[ARCHIVED] Student having trouble resetting password

Hello, 

I am a teacher, and I am using the free version on Canvas. One of my students is having trouble logging into Canvas. He is unable to reset his password and does not receive an email from Canvas when he attempts. What can I do? Is there a link I can direct him to so he can set his password and join the class? 

If anyone has any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
