[ARCHIVED] Student iPad App - no course content

We have students reporting that when they open the Canvas app on their iPads (iPadOS 13.3.1 - most recent), they can see the courses, but when they select one of them there is no course content. They have contacted Instructure Support, and the response they get back is to remove and reinstall the Canvas Student app. But this only fixes the issue for a day or two.
Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas on a fix?

Hi Brian -
We've experienced this on our campus, too. When we clear the cache, that fixes it as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is a known issue with courses that have a page as a home page, and I believe a permanent fix should be included with the next update to Canvas Student.
