I am using Canvas Free for Teachers. A student's name does not appear under the "People." I am able to see his login ID, his role, his section, the date/time of his last activity, and his total activity. However, his name does not actually appear on the list. When I click on his actual profile, his name appears there. However, when I need to grade assignments, his name is not there so I cannot grade his assignments. Please advise.
