[ARCHIVED] Student submissions through Google Assignments LTI not syncing to Canvas

I have created several assignments using Google Assignments LTI this week.  Students are accessing and completing these assignments and receiving the message " Your assignment has been submitted".  Yet, when I go to the assignment to grade, it says I have zero submissions.  In the speed grader, it tells me that students have submitted the assignments but that there is "no preview available"

I can't for the life of me figure out where the error is!  I have logged in with the student's credentials, viewed and resubmitted, and still am not seeing the assignments on the teacher end.

I am the only teacher at my site having this issue and have had several teachers review the settings on my end.  No one can understand where my students' assignments are going.  Please help!

We are having the same issue...see below!  If I click on student view, I see the submissions.  So weird.

Ha!  That worked.  Quite bizarre though.  I was also able to see them in edit mode when I clicked on the Google LTI.

Whatever the glitch is, I hope they fix it before anyone else has to go through the panic and torture of having a whole set of assignments play hide and seek with the teacher!
