[ARCHIVED] Student taking quiz on iPad sees Latex equation instead of Math equation

One student in a math class, using her iPad, sees the math equations in code format (everyone else see them normally.) It looks fine when I view her as an admin. Any ideas on where to look to fix this issue? 

She is up-to-date on her iOS and Canvas app

I will have him to update Safari or switch to Chrome, I know some older version of Safari does not support LaTeX, it needs an extension update.

She is using the app on an iPad. I did not have her try accessing this through a browser but will give that a try

I too have a similar problem. Some students see the Latex equation or no math at all when I type a math expression in the Canvas equation editor. I will have the student try another browser, but is there any other solution?
