[ARCHIVED] Students creating videos with screen capture and webcam capture simultaneously

Hi.  I teach Personal Communications. I need my students to be able to record themselves performing a speech WITH a slide show simultaneously. I made a video showing them how to do this in Canvas Studio where it offered Screen capture, web capture or both.  It worked beautifully.  When a student tried this morning, they were only offered webcam capture.  Can students not record both a slide show and a speech at the same time?  What can I do to help them with this part? Thanks. 

*In my video the slide show played while the webcam was in the bottom right corner and I could see the webcam while the presentation went off.
