[ARCHIVED] Students give points to other students?

Is it possible for students to award points to other students in competency areas? For example, if Student A sees that Student B makes a good comment about "Subject Matter 1," Student A could award a point to the "Subject Matter 1" competency to Student B.

Ideally, I'm looking to make a system in which each student is given a set amount (say 5) of Award Points each week to award to other students. Points in each competency area would accumulate through both students' awarding points along with the coursework.

I've been searching around for an external app that can do this in Canvas, but so far no luck.
