[ARCHIVED] Students moved, where are their grades?

My school's Canvas classes are connected to Powerschool. After two weeks, my school realized that the "class code" for one of my classes was wrong and moved all of my students into the correctly coded class. This change in Powerschool also moved ALL of my students from that class out of their original canvas shell and into a NEW BLANK shell. Is there any way to access their grades and submitted assignments from the original canvas shell?

Your students will need to be temporarily re-enrolled in the original course, and this should bring back their grades to your Gradebook. You can work with your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department, and they should be able to help with this. Good luck!
