[ARCHIVED] Studio Upload refusing to process

I have a video in studio that is refusing to process past 0%. I have cleared the cache and cookies and restarted the computer and still at 0%.

I have to be honest, we have this issue all the time and I've never yet been able to get to the bottom of why it happens or what Instructure may or may not be doing behind the scenes to improve this. For my institution, it is to the point where I am beginning to advocate for a third-party product, many of which I have experience and know, personally, are more reliable for end-users.

BUT...I would much prefer to keep Studio and get some company engagement around this issue.
