[ARCHIVED] Studio embedded quiz marked incomplete.

Why are my embedded quizzes from Studio marked incomplete? Students insist they answered all the questions and then chose submit so why are they getting an X for incomplete?

Thanks so much for posting your question. Apologies that it's taken us a while to get back to you! I reviewed How do I take a Canvas Studio video quiz in a course as a student?, and in the Submit Quiz section, it reads: 

The video must finish playing before the quiz can be submitted. To submit the quiz, click the Submit Quiz button.

I wonder if students aren't watching the video to the end and clicking the Submit button?
