[ARCHIVED] Submission Problem on IPhone App

I have a student using the app on an IPhone.  He is not able to submit a response.  There are different pages within the assignment and on the last page he is not able to submit the final response even though he can add to a discussion within the lesson on other pages.  

Any suggestions?
