[ARCHIVED] Sunsetting/Retiring/Archiving Courses and Users

Hi all,

Forgive me for the broad scope of this question, and perhaps my ignorance to Canvas as well. I'm trying to find some information on best practices around legacy courses and users. Do you actively retire courses and delete them from Canvas after a certain amount of time? What about user accounts? Is there a process to sunset courses and user accounts after a certain amount of time, or is that something you just need to manually track?
