Is there a way we can see which instructor does or does not have a syllabus in Canvas?

We move all courses online due to COVID 19 since March. We would like to run a report in Canvas to see who hasn't made any syllabus updates, who does or does not have a syllabus in Canvas.  Most of our faculty don't utilize the syllabus tool in Canvas. Instead, they either upload a syllabus file or create a syllabus page in Canvas. Any suggestions? Thanks very much.

Bumping this question.  I have been asked to find out which of our instructors have content in the syllabus area of Canvas.  I see that there is a Canvas event for syllabus_updated but we do not have any tools setup to look at events and I also only need courses from this semester/term.  Is there an API call I can do, and if so, how would I structure it (sorry very new to APIs)?  Thank you for any help you can provide!
