Hello,
I have a client that says she can't see any uploaded PDFs from students in Speed Grader but she can see ones automatically graded. She claims everything was working fine for a while but then just stopped. She has restarted her computer, refreshed the page, with no success. Her students are using Chrome and logging in via the Canvas site.
I couldn't find any solutions here so I decided to ask directly. Thank you for your help.
Hi, @ateston . Can you explain a bit more about the situation? I think it will help us get a better handle on what might be going on. How are the assignments configured and how are the students submitting them? How are they being automatically graded? If possible, sharing screenshots would be helpful, being careful to obscure any student information.
I am having this same issue although it's not with submitted pdfs, it's with submitted recordings. The student has received a submitted message, and it shows submitted on my end, with a time. But the place where the recording filename should be appearing has no filename there (That's the bottom circle). This is the situation after this particular student has been trying to upload for the past 24 hours. Extremely frustrating.
For more info, this is a a quiz with only one question and on the question the students are instructed to upload an audio or video recording. The recording is supposed to be no more than 5 minutes long and most are one or two. I do notice this strange thing--where it says the attempt took 1589 minutes. I don't have any idea what that means although I suspect it's the time period between when he initially attempted to upload it and when the submission was "successful," although, like I said, I still don't have a filename that I can click on to see the submission.
Please help.
Hello to all, I'm wondering if there have been any updates in these matters? I have a teacher claiming she can't see submitted assignments, but the student has submission details available. Any insight would be much appreciated.
