[ARCHIVED] Tests shared to commons can't be opened.

I've created a few new tests and shared them to the commons. Several colleagues can access them, but when they try to open them, they can't. Apparently some issue with an "external tool". I don't know if this is relevant, but I created the tests using the "New" or "Modern" engine as opposed to the "Classic" engine.
