ReadSpeaker has a plugin with Canvas and can support a reading testing accommodation for students with this requirement. ReadSpeaker offers a UDL model(Plugin). that embeds natively within Canvas or can be setup with ReadSpeaker TextAid via an LTI for just specific users.
