[ARCHIVED] Text Entry Submissions & Speed Grader

I have set up an Assignment with text entry submission. However, there is no way for me to open the submissions  as there is no Speed Grader option, nor any indication that students have submitted anything. Several students have said they submitted their assignments, and I have submitted a test document as a student and nothing appears. Any idea about what could be happening here and how I can access student work and Speed Grader? Thanks in advance for your help. Suzan
