[ARCHIVED] Third Party Translation - Can they access a module that is "sent to" them?

I am new to Canvas. I want to be able to "send to" modules to our third party translation dept. Even if they are not a Canvas user, can they "edit" the module (where I placed the Google translation) and send back to me with their translation. We are, by law, to have our interpreters, do the translation. Everything would stay online. No paper trail.
