How do I allow the student to see the quiz they submitted after it is corrected

You'll want to check out this Guide to see all the different options that are configurable for your quiz: What options can I set in a quiz?.  Students can view the results and comments by following the instructions in these Guides: How do I view quiz results as a student? and How do I view quiz comments from my instructor?.
