[ARCHIVED] Timed Writing Activity

Looking for any suggestions on how a teacher could do a timed writing activity that allows students to go back in and edit the response after submission? I was playing with multiple submissions in an Essay Question Quiz, but that won't work with being able to go back and edit the 1st response. I considered a Google External Tool submission, but the student could technically open it in Drive and edit before the teacher wants the 2nd window open again.

Any suggestions?
