As an admin, is there any way (trhough API) to track an instructor's change (create/update) on course content like file, page, assignment, quiz etc?

I agree with @MingW on this one: tracking changes as an Admin is key. In addition to this, I would be interested in the ability for faculty to add memos or behind the scenes notes on change history or be able to facilitate internal discussions on content collaborations that could only be accessible to teacher or guest facilitator roles.
