[ARCHIVED] Transfer of questions to new question bank failed

I am attempting to create question banks for exam questions in canvas, but when I attempt to follow the instructions, I get a message that moving questions failed, please try again, when I attempt to copy questions from an old set of quiz questions to a new bank. This is the message I've received.

I have no idea what I've done wrong, as I am following the instructions in the "how to" linked here.

When I faced a similar issue, I resolved it by learning that moving multiple questions necessitates transferring them from a question bank where they already exist, rather than importing them into a question bank that lacks any questions. It's annoying that, to my knowledge, you can't transfer questions both ways.
