[ARCHIVED] Troubleshoot -- unable to receive emails from my Canvas account/inbox

Hi not sure if anyone can help. I don't seem to be able to receive messages any longer from my Swinburne inbox even though facilitators attest to having sent them to my inbox "successfully". (They just do not appear.) I was previously able to receive such. (Last correspondence was dated 19 Dec, but since then, nothing. There was no IT Support or place where I could raise a ticket for help, in my Canvas help menu.

Could anyone here help?

Hi @jeynelle 

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by "Swineburn inbox"  If you mean the inbox in Canvas, you must be enrolled in a course for an instructor/facilitator to send you a message.  The inbox is a messaging tool for while the course is active only, it's not an email system. 

That's the only issue I can think of that would result in your error, outside of a bug.
