I've completed both classes and supposed to see my final grades. I'm about to register for a new semester. I don't understand what happened. What do I do?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @ksamusenko Sorry to hear that didn't work. I would suggest you contact the IT department at your institution. I believe that their contact information can be found on this page, IT Service Desk . They may need to look at your account specifically and possibly get you in touch with another department such as the Registrar's office. My guess is that in order to get this resolved someone will need to look more in-depth at your individual institutional account which we can't do in the Community. Apologize for not being more help!
Hi @ksamusenko and welcome to the Community! It is common when the term ends for courses to disappear from the dashboard. Look under "courses" and "all courses" and scroll down to the bottom of the page and see if there is a section for past enrollments. You can make the course appear on your dashboard again by staring/favoriting the course or just click in it to view the class.
Does this work for you?
All the best!
Hi Eric,
I tried to do as you recommended. Those two courses that I've completed in the Spring semester are not on the list now. It is completely disappeared. I passed both classes with A's and it doesn't show on any of records. I'm not sure what to do..
