We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with access to the Admin Console. As long as the credentials on file are valid and your account is registered as a Field Admin, we should be able to get you in and give you full access. To confirm this, we would likely need to speak with you directly. We can contact the CSM on file with the school to make sure there are no issues with the account or the SSO being used.
