[ARCHIVED] Unable to Submit Assignments

I have students who all use the Canvas Student app on an iPad. Some say when they go to an assignment there is no submit button and others are now having issues when they go to submit it fails. This is not an issue for all of my students but only a select few. I have checked the way that they can submit and every assignment says file upload, media upload, and text submission are allowed. I do have due dates but all assignments are available for 4 weeks, and others have been able to turn in assignments past the due date before. I really just do not know what to do, I have been searching on google and canvas help for an hour now and I really hope someone out there knows what to do.

We are having the same issue when students try to upload a PDF file to their Assignment.
