I am unable to add users to my courses by entering e-mails. Everything was working fine until today. I now receive an error message saying "We were unable to find matches below." Why is this happening?

This was a temporary issue late last week that has since been resolved. Would you please take a moment to confirm that you are now able to add new users to your FFT course and create new accounts for those that do not yet exist in the system?
