[ARCHIVED] Ungrading in Canvas

I would like to implement an "ungrading" policy while still utilizing the Canvas grade book to track completion and proficiency.  Please help!

I have revised all of my rubrics to "proficiency" ratings and removed the points.

I developed a grading scheme based on these proficiency ratings (still don't know how to use this correctly)

? What do I do about the points on the assignment?  Use 0?  Something else?

Has anyone out in Canvas-world successfully used "ungrading" without having a separate spreadsheet?
