on the home page, the calendar shows upcoming events/assignment due dates. How long out does the calendar look for upcoming activities or assignments and can this be adjusted to look further out for reporting upcoming work?

Hi Stan,

I think the "Coming Up" list on the Dashboard shows things that are coming within the next week.  There does not seem to be a way to adjust how far in advance it shows items, but if you click on the "View Calendar" link, you can switch between "Week", "Month", and "Agenda" (which shows all the things in the future).

Thanks Mike. I think it is useful for students to be able to see more than a week out - perhaps at least two weeks out especially if the assignment is a team project or longer assignment. Its a shame we cannot control this with a setting.
