When trying to upload videos made in Studio it goes very slow and eventually I get a "Fail" message. This is on my MacBook Air. It works fine with my daughter's MacBook Air. Any thoughts as to why?

Is your mac book on a different iOS or are you using different browser versions? Checking yours for updates may be a great first troubleshooting step!

Yes, we updated Chrome to version 81(my daughter’s was on 80, I was on 76) I was so hopeful but it still fails. Tech support is “wiping down’ my computer. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
