It could, but you should also be aware of your course storage limit when uploading videos because at some point you could hit or exceed that limit and videos may fail to upload. One way to check this is to look in the lower left-hand corner of the Files area of the course as illustrated in https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12950
