As a student, how can I upload a PowerPoint file onto Canvas?

Hello  @fe_nuno  and welcome to the Community.  I hope you can find your particular answer in this guide: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10701-canvas-student-guide-table-of-contents#jive_content_i... .  I'm assuming it's part of an assignment.  If so, your instructor needs to make sure that he/she has allowed you to do a file upload.
