[ARCHIVED] Urgent catalog maintenance on 1/8/2019 and 1/9/2019 at 11:00 PM lasting 2 - 5 minutes

Canvas will be performing urgent, capacity-related Catalog maintenance events on Tuesday, January 8th and Wednesday, January 9th. These events will last 2-5 minutes and occur at 11:00 PM EST. Your users will not be able to access Catalog while the event is underway. The purpose of the event is to increase system capacity to accommodate especially-heavy load we anticipate on the platform in the next few days.

Thanks for the update Jessica!  Was there a notice from Canvas staff about this scheduled maintenance? I didn't see anything posted on https://status.instructure.com.

I received an email yesterday from Canvas about this. It is sent to any admins who are at the root level and involved with Catalog. Hope this helps.
