[ARCHIVED] Use Badges in Europe

In our Institution I learned that we cannot use Badgr in the Netherlands because of the GDPR ( AVG) regulations in The Netherlands.

Does anyone know of a Dutch Institution that does use Badgr or a similar app to add badges to a course?

I would very much like to get in contact and learn how to pass bureaucracy on this one
