[ARCHIVED] User Storage Quota Exceeded Error at 0% used

We have a student who is getting a "User Storage Quota Exceeded" error message when trying to attach a paper to an ungraded discussion forum.  My understanding is that this would count against the student's data quota, which makes sense.  However, under the student's files it says that they have used 0% of their quota.

I was curious if anyone else had run into something like this and how they figured out a solution for their student(s).

daniel.errico, greetings! If their personal file storage is showing 0% and they still aren't able to upload, then that is super strange and I recommend filing a Help ticket with Canvas Support. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
