My work doesn't have Studio - just Canvas. Are there any video analytics in Canvas?...such as how many views of a video or who viewed it?

Hello @bellis4 ...

Unfortunately, I do not know of any user analytics that are available for media (audio/video) that is loaded via the Rich Content Editor of Canvas (non-Canvas Studio content).  Sorry that I don't have a better answer for you, but I hope this helps to answer your question.
