[ARCHIVED] Videos with a question posted in assignments show error message

Students are given error messages when they try to answer an imbedded question in an Mivideo for credit. How do I fix it?

 @wcburg , can you elaborate on "Mivideo"? I'm not aware of a Canvas tool that goes by that name. Unless this is a Canvas component that has been rebranded by your school, we might not be able to help you with this.

Based on my quick Google search, I found this information page from UMich: MiVideo / U-M Information and Technology Services  You might need to get local assistance with this.
