[ARCHIVED] Viewing Outcome Data Prior Semester

In a prior semester, after you SHOW INACTIVE ENROLLMENTS, how does one see the Outcome Data as well? The Outcome Data in Learning Mastery Gradebook does not pull over for prior semesters. Please tell me there is a workaround for this. Ideas?

Hi acatterson! I'm not sure of the answer to this question, but I'm going to share it with the Canvas Admins‌ group in the Community to see if they can help. Along with this, I'm wondering if it might be possible, but only through the API. In that case, it might take the Canvas Developers‌ group, so I'm going to add them on this as well.

You should be able to go to that course and see the Learning Mastery Gradebook when you show those concluded enrollments. Unless your IT department is doing something, those results are still available. Without more details, this seems like a local problem rather than with Canvas itself (we go back to previous semesters frequently).

You can check a student report (which is really bad, but okay in a pinch) by going to People > Student Name > Outcomes Report. It's a giant list, but it should have all Outcome results from any class that has them imported. The API will let you pull data, but that's a little more involved to get into something usable.
