Hello,
This is a relatively new issue. Upon using the Ashford website to access Turnitin through Waypoint, we are redirected with a new window. Usually, the student should automatically logged in. This is not the case 3/7/2020. You are sent to the log in page, where you have the option of putting in your information. Upon entering the correct username, you are told that it does not exist in the system. Note, this is the same information you use to log into the student portal. This is verified because you can have your username sent to you via email. The browser used to cause this incident was Google Chrome. When Microsoft Edge is used, the website redirects and logs the student into Waypoint with no issue. Perhaps an update is needed or a patch.
