[ARCHIVED] WebEx Meeting recordings are missing

Several students have pointed out to me that WebEx recordings are not available, even when I receive an email from WebEx telling me that they are. The emails have a link that I'm able to click on to view the session. However, when I click through from Canvas to go to the WebEx session, the link is not there. Has anyone else reported a problem with WebEx Meetings recordings missing? I didn't experience this problem at all last semester when I used WebEx Trainings. Every WebEx session was recorded and available to students.

I have the same issue. Every once in a while a recording will randomly show up in Canvas, but usually not. I record to the cloud every time. I haven't noticed anything I do differently when they show up versus when they do not show up.
